About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. Management Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serve customers and business partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships. This position is based in the Eastside of the Cincinnati area, including Beechmont, Eastgate, and Ohio Pike. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $51,010–$54,552, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating; the degree must be conferred before starting.
At least six months of experience in at least two of these areas: sales, customer service, and leadership/management.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.
At least 18 years old.
