About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Somerset, Kentucky market and surrounding Southern Kentucky communities. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch and learn the business through hands-on experience, structured training, mentoring, and support. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market based on business needs and available opportunities.

The program prepares trainees to run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The role involves serving customers and partners, handling operational responsibilities, and building relationships in the community. The position offers a career path with opportunities for advancement through a culture of promotion from within.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise Mobility.
• Handle behind-the-scenes branch operations.
• Learn the business through the structured Management Training Program and prepare to run a branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
