About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Somerset market and surrounding Southern Kentucky communities. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch, with placement at various Enterprise Mobility locations in the market depending on business needs and available opportunities. The structured, hands-on program teaches the business from day one and prepares trainees to eventually run their own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Trainees serve as a customer-facing representative and operational expert, receive guidance and mentoring, and build relationships in the community. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week. Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
