About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the West Bend, Wisconsin market, including West Bend, Germantown, Hartford, Slinger, Jackson, and surrounding Washington County communities. Placement may be anywhere within the market, based on business needs and available opportunities.

Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support, they learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of eventually running a branch, building business, and developing a team. The role also involves establishing relationships in the community. The position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,300 and an average 45-hour work week.

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands, as well as mobility and transportation services through a global network.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree or be within two semesters of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
• Have at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Have a valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related driving conviction, including DUI or DWI, within the past 3 years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn Enterprise Mobility’s business while working from a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as a customer-facing representative to customers and partners and develop operational expertise.
• Complete structured, hands-on training in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships in the community to support business development.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team.
