Management Trainee Spring 2027 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will gain real-world professional experience, learning what it takes to run a successful business and acquiring marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This paid internship offers a dynamic experience where interns are involved in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer care, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships. Interns will complete projects and participate in friendly competition, with potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2027
- Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, or leadership
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in February 2027
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship
- Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license
