About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face similar challenges as full-time professionals and work in a team-based environment with peer support. This role is located in the El Paso, TX. area and is available for students graduating in December 2027 or earlier. The internship pays $16.00/hour and is part-time, with flexibility for class schedules. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and has a significant global presence.

Requirements

Must be a current student enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program, with a graduation date between now & Dec. 2027.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on your driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in Jan. 2027.
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within our business hours.
Must live in the El Paso, TX. area, or have plans to relocate prior to start date.
