Management Trainee Spring 2027 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out from the crowd. From day one, interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is located at 1621 Cleveland Ave Santa Rosa, CA 95401 and is for students in their final semester of a bachelor's degree program, graduating by June 2027. The position is part-time, offers $22 per hour, and requires a driver's license.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in their final semester graduating by June 2027.
- Must have 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in February 2027.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
- Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
