About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to gain valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is located in the El Paso, TX. area and is available for students graduating in December 2027 at the latest. The internship pays $16.00/hour and is part-time with flexibility for class schedules. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and has a significant global presence.

Requirements

Must be a current student enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program, with a graduation date between now & Dec. 2027.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on your driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in Jan. 2027.
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within our business hours.
Must live in the El Paso, TX. area, or have plans to relocate prior to start date.
