Management Trainee Spring 2027 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as full-time professionals and work in a team-based environment with peer support. The role is located at multiple sites in California and is for students in their final semester of a bachelor's degree program, graduating by June 2027. This is a part-time position offering $22 per hour and requires a driver's license.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2027.
- Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in February 2027.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
- This position requires a valid unrestricted driver's license.
