About The Position

Hajoca Corporation offers a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain leaders. Trainees learn the distribution business for plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies through a rigorous rotational program, gaining experience across the business and working with teams handling functions from warehouse stocking and financial statements to sales and business generation. The program prepares trainees to become Profit Center Managers, with responsibility for decisions such as hiring, product selection and pricing, and customer engagement through sales and marketing. In that role, trainees will run their own business with autonomy and accountability.

The program includes hands-on training and mentorship. Trainees must be willing to work across the region, which may require relocation. Compensation is $28.34 per hour, with sales incentives and profit-sharing opportunities described as potential ways to increase earnings during the program. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA.
• Ability and willingness to work in all areas of the region, which may require relocation.
• Strong desire to lead a team and run a business.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences.
• Ability to perform a wide range of tasks, combining interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through job functions across all areas of the distribution business.

• Prepare to lead a team and run a business as a Profit Center Manager.
