About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Victoria, Texas market, including Victoria, Cuero, Port Lavaca, the Crossroads Region, and surrounding communities. Placement within the market will depend on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees learn the business from day one while working from a neighborhood branch. The role combines customer-facing service with operational responsibilities. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support, trainees develop the skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88, based on an average 46-hour work week. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.
