About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Victoria, Texas market, with potential placements throughout Victoria, Cuero, Port Lavaca, the Crossroads Region, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serve customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the skills needed to run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
At least 18 years old.
