About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the lower Rio Grande Valley market, including Brownsville, Harlingen, San Benito, Los Fresnos, and surrounding communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving as a customer- and partner-facing representative while also developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to develop the skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88 and an average 46-hour work week. The listed benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, insurance coverage, employee discounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
