About The Position

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract, and assess talent for roles across the company. The position acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and teams, supporting technical and high-volume recruiting. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in manufacturing and can work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of in-house or agency full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, partnering with teams on job descriptions, sourcing, and closing candidates.
Work with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires.
Maintain a high volume of active and in-process candidates and develop creative talent attraction strategies to improve candidate quality and achieve hiring goals.
Ensure a positive candidate interview experience from screening through offer negotiation.
Assess the interview process and identify opportunities to streamline it.
