About The Position

Saronic Technologies is a leader in developing autonomous and intelligent maritime platforms. The company is seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract, and assess talent for its positions. This role acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and teams, with a focus on technical and high-volume recruiting. Experience recruiting in manufacturing is identified as ideal.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-house or agency full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Partner with teams on activities including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and closing candidates.
• Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires.
• Create and maintain a high volume of active and in-process candidates.
• Develop creative talent attraction strategies to improve candidate quality and meet hiring goals.
• Provide candidates with a positive experience from screening through offer negotiation.
• Assess the interview process and identify ways to streamline it.
