About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the lower Rio Grande Valley market, including Brownsville, Harlingen, San Benito, Los Fresnos, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. Trainees begin at a neighborhood branch and learn the business in a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support. The position develops the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The role offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88 and an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license required, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and as an operational resource.
Learn the business and develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch.
Cultivate new business and develop a team.
Establish relationships in the community to build the business.
Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
