About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Texas Hill Country market, including Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Boerne, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch and learn the business through a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support. The role combines customer-facing work with branch operations and prepares trainees to run a branch, develop new business, and lead a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,023.88, based on an average 46-hour work week. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license.
No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and handle behind-the-scenes branch operations.
Learn the business through a structured management training program at a neighborhood branch.
Develop the skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
Build relationships in the community to support business development.
Learn and perform work involving customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
Put customers first while helping grow the business.
