About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Hopkinsville, Kentucky market. Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of preparing trainees to run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. The position also involves building relationships in the community. Placement may be at various Enterprise Mobility locations across the market, including Hopkinsville, Fort Campbell, Oak Grove, Cadiz, Elkton, Christian County, Crofton, and surrounding communities in Western Kentucky and Northern Tennessee, depending on business needs and opportunities. The role offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80 based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
