About The Position

As a Management Trainee, you will act as the Assistant Manager of a car wash site, helping lead daily operations, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. The role is designed to prepare you for a General Manager position within 6–12 months. The position is based in Joliet and is full-time, with compensation of $18–$21 plus commission and bonuses. WashU Car Wash is an express car wash company focused on providing a fast, high-quality, and environmentally responsible car wash experience. Responsibilities

Support daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement.
Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards and resolve issues as needed.
Drive sales through memberships, local partnerships, and community engagement.
Monitor site performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency.
Ensure equipment functionality, facility cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Assist with hiring, training, and building a high-performing team.
