About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship offers university and college students paid, real-world experience in business and leadership. Interns take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, learning how to contribute to running a successful business. The internship is based at the Idaho Falls Branch at 898 Northgate Mile, Idaho Falls, ID 83401, and runs from mid-May through August.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising senior graduating no later than May 2028.
- Must have held a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security verification. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the past three years.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete internship projects using skills learned during the program.
- Participate in friendly competition with peers.
