About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based internship for university or college students, offering practical business and leadership experience. Interns take on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals while learning how to run a successful business and developing management skills. The role is based at the Boise or Meridian branch locations in Idaho. The internship runs from mid-May through August.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising senior graduating no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security verification. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the past three years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care and develop customer relationships.
