About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. This role is located at 10999 Terminal Access Road, Fort Myers, Fl 33913. It is a 12-week Spring Internship with flexible start dates between January and February 2027. The pay is $16.00/Hr plus bonus opportunities. Requirements

Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s program full-time; Junior or Senior year.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
Must be able to work at least 20-25 hours per week.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
