About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. This paid internship offers flexible start dates between January and February 2027 and pays $16.00/Hr plus bonus opportunities. Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s program full-time; Junior or Senior year.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be able to work at least 20-25 hours per week.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
