Management Trainee Intern - Green Bay
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The internship provides opportunities to manage a fleet of vehicles, care for customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships. Interns will complete projects, engage in friendly competition, and may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled full time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience (sales, customer service, management/supervisory, or organizational leadership)
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on record within the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
