About The Position

Torch Technologies is seeking a Management Support Assistant -USCENTCOM to join our team and provide high-level administrative, operational, and management support at Headquarters USCENTCOM. This role is critical in enabling the CTO to execute mission priorities by managing complex schedules, coordinating across directorates, and supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive (calendar, travel, and operational support)
  • Active TS/SCI eligibility required (must be able to maintain)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presence in senior-level environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated experience in project management or cross-functional executive support

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal organizations
  • Familiarity with acquisition processes, including UFRs, MIPRs, and contract administration
  • Experience with SharePoint administration, content management, and workflow development
  • Prior military experience or familiarity with DoD organizational structures and operations
  • Experience coordinating complex travel, including international travel, visas, and theater clearance processing
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in high-visibility, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the CTO and internal directorates, component commands, and external stakeholders including DoD, Congress, and industry partners
  • Manage and maintain the CTO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and prioritizing competing requests
  • Draft, edit, and manage internal and external communications with a high level of professionalism and clarity
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and theater clearance requirements
  • Support cross-functional coordination using collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and internal communication platforms
  • Develop and edit presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and executive-level materials
  • Maintain and organize executive files (electronic and physical) with strict attention to confidentiality
  • Support special projects and provide backup support to other executive assistants as needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting priorities, managing multiple workstreams, and supporting a dynamic operational environment
