The assistant will ensure accurate time code allocation, monitor time and labor edits, trends, and discrepancies, and oversee the appropriate use of incremental and general overtime. Responsibilities also include managing daily scheduling changes, tracking monthly healthcare teammate license verification and documentation, maintaining ShiftSelect credential updates, and tracking teammate PTO to ensure eligibility for approval. The role involves managing MLOA/FMLA reports and monthly reconciliation, participating in candidate interviews as requested, maintaining A&C records and biweekly reconciliation reports, and staying informed about healthcare trends and regulations. Additionally, the assistant will monitor premium pay programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, provide general support to assigned Nurse Managers, and offer support for cross-functional areas and operational projects that contribute to identified goal areas.
