Support payroll responsibilities for 150 to 350 teammates under the supervision of Nurse Managers. This role involves multiple units, departments, and potentially multiple campuses. The position requires knowledge of system policies, procedures, and labor management guidelines, ensuring accurate time code allocation, monitoring time and labor edits, trends, and discrepancies. It also involves monitoring the appropriate use of incremental and general overtime, managing daily scheduling changes, tracking healthcare teammate license verification and documentation, maintaining ShiftSelect credential updates, tracking teammate PTO, managing MLOA/FMLA reports and reconciliation, and participating in candidate interviews. The role also includes maintaining A&C records and biweekly reconciliation reports, staying knowledgeable about healthcare trends and regulations, monitoring premium pay programs, managing multiple projects, and providing general support to assigned Nurse Managers and cross-functional areas, as well as supporting operational projects.
