About The Position

Midway Motors is interested in connecting with experienced leaders for potential management opportunities across its growing, family-owned organization. There may not be one specific management position available at present. Automotive experience is not required; leadership experience from fields such as agriculture, manufacturing, retail, operations, service, and sales may be relevant.

Managers at Midway Motors are expected to be actively involved with their teams by setting standards, developing employees, solving problems, recognizing good work, and creating an environment where people can succeed. Opportunities may span sales, service, parts, operations, administration, customer experience, training and employee development, or multi-location and department leadership.
