About The Position

Lantern Learning Group is building relationships with experienced leaders interested in future Preschool Director opportunities at The Pillars Christian Learning Centers and Early Care & Education schools throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. There may not be an immediate opening. Leaders support educators and families, grow enrollment, and create strong school cultures while contributing to educational and operational excellence. The organization brings together early childhood education schools under a shared commitment to quality, integrity, service, and community.

The listed salary is $65,000–$75,000+ per year. Salaried team members may be eligible for the described benefits package.
