About The Position

The Management Development Associate role at Hertz Local Edition provides hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership experience across business operations, sales, customer service, fleet logistics, and finance. Associates develop the skills needed to lead a successful location and may advance to a Branch Manager role in as little as 12–18 months. The position offers $19 per hour, paid weekly, with eligibility for overtime.

Requirements

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
