About The Position

Johnstone’s 18-month Management Development Program is designed for college seniors and recent graduates interested in building a career in business leadership. Participants gain hands-on experience by rotating through key areas of the organization, including warehouse operations, sales, inventory management, branch operations, marketing, product management, and finance. They receive mentorship from executive and business leaders and develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Participants lead a capstone project focused on improving business performance and present recommendations directly to executive leadership. Upon completion, they are positioned for opportunities such as branch management, territory sales, operations leadership, product management, and other leadership-focused roles. No HVAC experience is required; Johnstone will teach the industry. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

Requirements

Be a college senior or recent graduate.

Nice To Haves

HVAC experience is not required.
