Management Development Program Associate

Alarm.com•Tysons, VA
•$80,000 - $90,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Alarm.com’s Management Development Program is designed to develop Associates into technology leaders. Over two to three years, Associates rotate through several areas of the business, working as active members of each team and reporting to different departments and managers. Rotations are shaped by business needs and the skills an Associate needs to build; the program does not follow a fixed track, and each Associate’s path may differ. The program is hands-on and provides real responsibility early. Associates own projects and work directly with senior leaders on significant initiatives, while also handling detailed operational work that supports those initiatives. They learn new functions and stakeholder groups at each rotation, take on responsibility proactively, and are expected to leave each team better off. The role is based in an in-person collaborative environment, with employees working from the office four days a week. Travel may be required as needed.
