About The Position

Join USCIS as a Management and Program Analyst to protect the homeland and defend culture. In this role, you will provide guidance, workload management, and expertise on contracting systems that allow contracting staff to plan, award, and administer high-quality contracts. This position involves managing procurement-related systems, maintaining mission-critical datasets, and ensuring accurate, concise, and timely information is available to management and policy officials. You will represent the organization at meetings and conferences and conduct analysis to identify inconsistencies or reporting issues in contracting datasets.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
Successfully pass a Background Investigation including financial disclosure.
Pass a drug screening.
Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with the Selective Service.
Meet residency requirements for applicants not currently employed by USCIS.
One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GS-11 for GS-12; GS-12 for GS-13).
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band.

Responsibilities

Responsible for management of procurement related systems such as STARS and MS SharePoint.
Maintain datasets used for mission critical reporting requirements.
Report and analyze statistical data relating to the organization's operations.
Ensure accurate, concise, and timely information is available to management and policy officials.
Represent the organization at meetings and conferences as directed by supervisor.
Review system outputs and contracting datasets to identify inconsistencies, data gaps, or reporting issues and recommend corrective action.
