About The Position

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere (and Online). We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes. We are currently looking for a freelance Maltese Teacher for one of our clients online (AUS), Australia. The course is one-to-one, with a total of 30 hours, and each session is one hour long. The student is at an elementary level, aged 35-44, and wishes to learn Maltese to connect with their family. Lessons should take place once per week on Mondays from 08:00 - 08:59 PM and 07:00 - 07:59 PM, or on Thursdays at 08:00 - 08:59 PM. The preferred start date is ASAP.

Requirements

• Be a native Maltese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 30 km of the specified location
• Submit CV (with references, if available)
• Submit availability
• Submit earliest possible start date

Responsibilities

• Provide customized language training to professionals and private students.
• Teach Maltese to an elementary level student online.
