About The Position
Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking a freelance Dutch language tutor for a client in Minneapolis, MN. This is a part-time, freelance position for a beginner student. The course will consist of 30 sessions of 2 hours each, totaling 60 hours. The student is a 29-year-old gentleman planning a trip to Belgium next year. Training will be conducted one-to-one, either at the teacher's office/home or a public location in Minneapolis. The schedule is flexible, with sessions once per week on a weekday morning (9 am or 10 am) or anytime on weekends between 10 am and 8 pm. The preferred start date is as soon as possible.
Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of Minneapolis, MN.
- Submit CV with references (if available).
- Provide availability.
- Provide earliest possible start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide customized Dutch language training to a beginner student.
- Conduct one-to-one sessions.
- Deliver a total of 60 hours of training over 30 sessions.
- Adapt to the student's schedule and learning pace.
