About The Position
We have two wonderful children who keep our home lively: Our 2-Year-Old: The primary focus of your daytime care. We need someone patient, engaging, and experienced with toddlers to help guide, play, and nurture her through her busy days. Our 11-Year-Old: He is heading into sixth grade this fall! Mom and Dad generally handle daily school drop-offs and pick-ups, but we are looking for a nanny who is comfortable occasionally transporting him to and from his evening activities (such as guitar classes and tennis lessons, located just a short 15-minute drive from our home). Because we employ a regular house cleaning service, heavy cleaning is not part of this role. Instead, we ask for light "maintenance" housework to keep things running smoothly: Washing children's dishes, Doing kids' laundry, towels, and sheets. Bonus (Not Required): Meal preparation for the family would be a massive plus!
Requirements
- Proven professional nanny experience with glowing references.
- Natural comfort level balancing the different needs of a toddler and a pre-teen.
- Safe driving record and comfort with occasional after-school transport.
- Warm, proactive, and dependable team player who fits seamlessly into a busy household.
