Part-Time Nanny Needed for Toddler Siblings
About The Position
A welcoming, family-oriented household in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a part-time nanny to care for a 2-year-old daughter and a 16-month-old son. The nanny will provide loving, dependable care while the stay-at-home mother runs errands and handles household tasks. The family hopes to find someone who builds a genuine connection with the children and becomes a trusted, valued part of their routine. The position is scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, starting as soon as possible. The starting rate is $18.50 per hour. The nanny will create engaging days with age-appropriate play and learning, prepare the children’s meals and snacks, help with cleanup and potty training, and maintain their daily routine, including naps.
Requirements
- Experience caring for toddlers.
- Be warm, engaging, dependable, attentive, and safety-conscious.
- Enjoy playing, reading, crafts, and other age-appropriate activities.
- Be comfortable assisting with meal preparation, cleanup, and potty training.
- Be able to follow the children’s daily routine and become a trusted part of the family.
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, engaging care throughout the day.
- Plan age-appropriate play, reading, and learning activities.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the children.
- Clean up the children’s dishes and meal areas.
