Male Spa Attendant - Part time
About The Position
The Male Spa Attendant maintains cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards in locker rooms, relaxation lounges, workout areas, tennis, croquet, and the games room. The role responds to guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to promote guest satisfaction and comfort, and complies with Four Seasons policies and procedures. It is part of the Administrative & General Division and reports to the Spa Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. The position is part-time, with a schedule based on operational needs that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The hourly rate is $27.85.
Requirements
- Six months of experience in the hospitality industry and/or fitness or health club-related work.
- Exceptional guest service.
- Urgency in responding to guest requests and feedback.
- Ability to multitask and complete required tasks.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the spa, including locker rooms, workout areas, relaxation lounges, and the games room.
- Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests when possible, resolve customer complaints, and assist with inquiries about spa services.
- Complete daily checklists covering opening and closing, sanitizing, equipment safety, tennis court maintenance, and supply reorders.
- Walk through and inspect spa areas to ensure they are maintained, stocked, clean, and presented to a high standard.
- Report necessary repairs to Hotel Expert.
