About The Position

The Make-Ready Technician prepares vacant apartment homes for new residents and helps create a memorable move-in experience. As part of the service team, the technician performs make-ready repairs such as filling nail holes, repairing sheetrock, and painting, while helping troubleshoot repairs and maintain the appearance of the community and apartment homes. The role also includes scheduling vendors, overseeing contracted services to ensure work meets company standards, and assisting the service team with community upkeep and additional repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents and support a positive move-in experience.
• Fill nail holes, repair sheetrock, paint, and perform other make-ready work.
• Help troubleshoot repairs and maintain the appearance of the community and apartment homes.
• Manage a to-do list and assist the service team with overflow repairs and community maintenance.
