About The Position

Dasmen Residential is seeking a Punch Technician to join our team! We are seeking a skilled Punch Technician to join our team and help us ensure that our residential properties are in top condition. As a Punch Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing any issues in our properties. You will work alongside our maintenance team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Punch Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to lift and work heavy equipment.

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to identify any issues or repairs needed
• Repair and replace any damaged fixtures, appliances, or systems
• Ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard and meet safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
• Communicate with tenants and property managers to address any concerns or issues
• Work collaboratively with our maintenance team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained
