About The Position

As a Make-Ready Technician, you are responsible for creating an exciting and memorable move in experience for all new residents. As an integral member of the service team, you will work prepare our future residents’ new homes to fill nail holes, repair sheetrock, paint, and so much more! Your attention to detail will help the team troubleshoot repairs and upkeep so that the community and apartment homes maintain a sparkling appearance.

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling vendors
• Experience providing oversight of contracted services
• Comfortable lending a hand when the service team is in need of additional help maintaining the community
