About The Position

Richdale Apartments is hiring dedicated and motivated Prep/Make Ready positions for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Prep/Make Ready team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. This role involves the final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments.

Requirements

• Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent ready
• Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience

Responsibilities

• Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments
• Drywall repair
• Paint touch-up
• Door and lock changes
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Other duties as assigned
• Perform light maintenance
