About The Position

Morgan Properties is hiring a Make-Ready Technician for Waterfront Apartments, a 235-home community in Munhall, Pennsylvania. The technician prepares vacant apartments for incoming residents, completing turn work and repairs while ensuring each home meets quality and safety standards. The role also supports the maintenance team with service requests and community appearance, and requires clear communication with the site team to keep the turn schedule moving.

Requirements

• Experience in apartment maintenance, make-ready, construction, handyman work, or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Strong attention to detail and a follow-through mindset.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently.

• Appliance repair experience; the company is willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work ahead of resident move-ins.
• Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general punch work.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Ensure each home meets quality and safety standards before move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with service requests and community appearance.
• Keep the turn schedule moving and communicate clearly with the site team.
