About The Position

The Make Ready Technician prepares vacant homes for new residents by performing initial move-out inspections, completing general repairs, and assisting with final punch and readiness activities. The role ensures homes meet company standards for Clean, Safe, and Functional while supporting efficient turnaround timelines. Technicians perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks that may vary with property needs and business priorities.
