About The Position

BSR is seeking a Make Ready Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs at the Wimbledon Green apartment community in Little Rock, Arkansas. The technician will apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, prepare vacant apartments for new residents, and help maintain the property. This is a full-time, day-shift position requiring 40 hours per week, with no travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, swimming pools, and carpentry.

Nice To Haves

• EPA and/or HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and upkeep of the assigned apartment community.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Install and repair locks.
• Maintain and upkeep all pools on the property.
• Maintain grounds and common areas free of debris and trash.
• Perform minor plumbing, painting, and carpentry work.
• Install and repair appliances.
