About The Position

Looking for a hands-on role where no two days look the same? We're hiring a Maintenance & Warehouse Technician to keep our facilities running smoothly and our warehouse operating safely and efficiently. If you're a problem-solver who's comfortable with everything from drywall repair to driving a forklift, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to work independently and adjust priorities based on business needs.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Standing for sustained periods of up to 8 hours per day.
Walking, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions.
Visual acuity to perform accurate measurements and repairs.
Climbing ladders and driving as needed.
Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.

Nice To Haves

Previous maintenance experience and/or warehouse operations preferred.
Familiarity with Gmail and Google Drive applications preferred.

Responsibilities

Patching drywall, painting, basic electrical and plumbing fixes, light carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
Conduct routine facility inspections.
Keep supplies stocked and organized.
Ensure tools and equipment, including forklifts and pallet wrappers, stay in good working order.
Perform seasonal work like snow removal and grounds upkeep.
Make occasional supply runs and errands.
Build solid working relationships with vendors, contractors, and tenants.
Pitch in on construction projects as they come up.
Help with product-related projects, quality control checks, and keeping the warehouse space organized.
Unload trucks and manage pallets.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as the cardboard baler, styrofoam compactor, and pallet jacks.
Perform general housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
