About The Position

Garden Villas of Lenexa is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for its renovated independent and assisted living community. The technician assists with maintaining the building so residents remain comfortable and safe. Work may include renovating vacated apartment units, including painting, light plumbing and electrical work, and carpet removal and/or cleaning. Pool maintenance may also be expected. Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a CDL driver’s license; HVAC certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the building to ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
• Renovate vacated apartment units, including painting, light plumbing and electrical work, and carpet removal and/or cleaning.
• Perform pool maintenance as needed.
