Maintenance Technician (PT)
About The Position
Garden Villas of Lenexa is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for its renovated independent and assisted living community. The technician will help maintain the building so residents remain comfortable and safe. Work may include renovating vacated apartment units, painting, light plumbing and electrical work, carpet removal or cleaning, and pool maintenance. The candidate must have or be willing to obtain a CDL driver’s license; HVAC certification is a plus. Requirements

Responsibilities
