About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for 3300 Tamarac Apartments in Denver, Colorado. The role includes maintaining the property’s grounds, offices, and common areas; responding to maintenance service requests; repairing appliances; painting; preparing apartments for turnover; and taking emergency calls. The position requires reliable transportation and availability to participate in an on-call rotation. Compensation is $24–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The position is anticipated to close in November 2026.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning, is required.
• Customer-service attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Paint apartments and other areas as needed.
• Complete apartment turnovers.
• Take emergency calls.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
