About The Position

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for 3300 Tamarac Apartments in Denver, Colorado. The role provides customer service to current and prospective residents while using sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy at the property. The position works with prospective residents through the application and leasing process and supports residents and property administration. As a condition of employment, employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during their work duties. The anticipated fill date is December 2026. Responsibilities

Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to support smooth move-ins.
Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files.
Enter rental data accurately into the computer.
Prepare leases and oversee their signing by new residents.
Assist with monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized and complete.
Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.
